Mitchell Green Lounge

What is resilience and how do you cultivate it in your body? Join Abbi Jaffe for this 75 minute workshop and discover different ways to embody yourself more fully and to create and build resilience. Embodiment practices will help you to inhabit your body and emotions with more ease, release tension as it is created, and build the groundwork for playfulness. Take the time to decompress, restore, and soak in nourishment. Your health and vitality are important. Abbi Jaffe has been teaching embodiment for over 10 years through the practices of yoga, acro yoga, wilderness expeditions, contact improvisation dance, Authentic Movement and Body Mind Centering. As an embodiment activist Abbi dances in each moment and inspires others to follow their own body’s curiosity. Abbi would love to welcome you to Dharma Door, the retreat space she owns and curates in Underhill, VT.
